Toni Crapser has served the Carpenter community for the past 22 years. Her role as an office technician has required her to work with all school stakeholders in a wide variety of capacities. She has assisted parents at the front desk, helped students in need of minor medical care like ice packs or band aids, and she has provided our teaching staff with necessary materials for classroom instruction. In addition, she has collaborated with a long line of special education administrators over the years to coordinate meetings and process paperwork. In the afternoons, you may have noticed Toni on Carpenter Ave. coordinating our after school valet pick-up, a job that she has done in the pouring rain and on days when the temperature has exceeded 100 degrees. In each of these tasks, Toni has completed them with Nordstrom quality service.
This spring, Ms. Crapser will become a grandmother. Being retired will allow her to spend time with family, travel, and enjoy quiet mornings doing whatever she wants to do. Her last day at Carpenter will be Friday, December 13. I encourage everyone to stop by our office to wish her well and thank her for her amazing service to our school community.
